Millie’s primal paleo diary

primal chickenHi, my name is Millie and I am eight. Me and my older sister Chloe both do Primal-Paleo.

My favourite thing about Paleo is it’s healthy and we can have donuts, waffles, chocolate mousse or caramel slice for breakfast! My worst thing about Paleo is no normal bread or cereal but most breakfasts we have bacon and eggs.

At school it was hard at first because most other kids had sandwiches but in a few weeks I got used to it. Now for my lunch I usually have a yogurt, a biscuit that mum makes, some grapes, some raisins and sometimes a packet of crisps. And that is all from me.
